✔ Returns or replacements are accepted only for products received in damaged or defective condition.
Mandatory Conditions for Damage Claims
- Continuous unedited unboxing video is required
- The sealed parcel and shipping label must be clearly visible
- Video must begin before opening the package
- Complete inspection of the product must be shown in the same video
Claims without valid video proof will not be accepted.
Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
