Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Product Overview & Nature of Weaving
Our collections include both handloom and powerloom sarees and fabrics. Each product is created through weaving processes that may naturally include minor variations.
Slight irregularities such as:
- Minor thread shifts or loose threads
- Small weaving inconsistencies
- Subtle texture variations
- Natural finishing differences
are inherent to woven textiles and should not be considered defects.
These variations are common in both handloom and powerloom products and do not affect the overall quality, durability, or usability of the product.
2. What is Considered a Defect or Damage
A product will be considered defective only in cases of:
- Visible holes or tears in the fabric
- Significant structural damage affecting usability
- Major manufacturing faults that clearly impact the product
Minor weaving variations or finishing characteristics are not eligible for claims or returns.
3. Color Disclaimer
All products are photographed under natural daylight to represent the closest possible color accuracy.
However, slight color variations may occur due to:
- Screen settings and display resolution
- Lighting conditions during viewing
- Device-based differences
Customers are advised to view products in natural daylight for better clarity.
4. No Return / No Exchange Policy
All products are sold under a strict No Return and No Exchange policy, except in cases of verified damage or defect as defined above.
We do not accept returns for:
- Minor weaving variations
- Thread irregularities
- Color differences within acceptable range
- Subjective expectations of texture or finish
5. Returns for Damage or Defect
Returns are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
To raise a claim, customers must provide:
- A continuous, unedited unboxing video
- The sealed parcel with shipping label clearly visible at the beginning
- Complete opening and inspection of the product in the same video
Claims without valid unboxing video proof will not be eligible for review.
Customers must report issues within 24 hours of delivery.
6. Return Approval & Refund Process
If a return request is approved, customers must ship the product back to us.
Refunds (including eligible return shipping charges, if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original condition with all tags and packaging intact
7. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for any products.
8. Sale & Promotional Items
Products purchased during sale or promotional events are considered final sale.
Such items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as processing begins immediately after confirmation to ensure timely dispatch.
